1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of itrul.com. They are not the agreement for any development work — that is a separate signed contract, and nothing on this website is an offer to enter into one.
2. Using the site
You may read the site, and print or save pages for your own business evaluation. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, attempt to breach its security, or copy its design or text for a competing service.
3. Intellectual property
The content, layout, code and visual design of this site belong to Itrul, except for the typefaces, which are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Trademarks named on the site — Apple, Google, and the platform names in the technology list — belong to their respective owners and are referred to descriptively.
4. The scope engine and any figures shown
The interactive planning tool on the home page produces an indicative model, not a quotation, an estimate, or a commitment. Timelines, phase splits and deliverable lists are illustrative.
Any duration shown there assumes a typical scope for the option selected. Actual timelines vary with the complexity of the work — the number and condition of integrations, data volume and quality, regulatory or security requirements, the state of any existing codebase, and the speed of decisions and approvals on your side. A project may complete sooner than indicated, or take materially longer. Real scope, duration and price come out of a discovery process and are set in a signed agreement; nothing displayed on this website forms part of that agreement.
5. No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itrul is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
